OUR LOVE GOES OUT TO MIKE & ALLISON SHAW

We want Mike and Allison to know that they are VERY LOVED by us here in Irvine, CA   USA
You are special friends and and we are here for you. Our hearts go out to you at this very difficult
time.  It was so special that the Lord allowed you enough time with your grandchild to dedicate him
to the Lord!!!  That iv very powerful!!!!

We don't always God's ways, but we just love Him and trust Him.  We lost a child at birth and it is very painful, but we know in our hearts that we have a son that winged his way to Heaven and we will see him soon. It is the hope that we have in God.

Just know our heart goes out to you and the whole family. If there is anything we can do, just call.
You are very special people and a very special family.  The devil is going to pay big time for this!!!

Mucho Love,

Raul and Sharon

Our Mexico Ministry Orphange is doing very well.

Just as our Senior Assisted Living Ministry is also doing very well.

They are even tithing to the home church. Both outreaches are doing very well.

News From Moerewa

God is doing some wonderful things among the youth, we have some choice young men that have grown up in the Church that have given their hearts back to the Lord recently and they are working with Vic and family, who have had a real call from God to minister to the youth. We've had no youth group for years and all glory to the Lord there is now around 90 coming on Sunday nights and lots of ministry happening for them, many have come to the Lord in the last couple of months, it's all completly new for these kids but He is mininstering to them beautifully and the some of the long term young people are learning how to minister to them with us. We know it's all Gods grace and Him at work.

It's our church's 30th Celebration very soon and we are having a big party to celebrate. Howie came to Moerewa 30 years ago with a vision from the Lord and for 3 or 4 years he only had 4 old people come and now 30 years later God has been fulfilling the vision and we now have such a wonderful church family planted in the community. Ministering into many branches of the community. God is so glorious how He dreams over a community and then He empowers it all to happen.

Sorry I tried to put a photo in but haven't got it sussed yet =)
So bless you all heaps in your part of His garden. Vicki

Water Baptism on the Rock

Last Sunday we had 15 Water Baptisms at Toke and Nicki's pool. It was a beautiful day and a fantastic celebration of new life in Christ. There were some awesome testimonies given. One particularly moving one was from a 16 year old Indian girl who has encountered Christ and found freedom after years of oppression from her Hindu father.

Answer to Prayer

We are presently a small sized church and have been "stuck", but we have been taking to heart the Word that came through at conference re getting on the offensive and declaring the promised Word of God over our churches, situations, lives etc. A promise we were given when we were first sent out to plant a church was Isaiah 60. Monday night at our corporate prayer meeting we declared out this Word over our church. Part of that word talks how God's glory is risen upon us and His glory will be seen upon us and Gentiles shall come to our light. Also, that our sons will come from afar and so much more. The very next day we received a knock on our door at home and our neighbour out back, had come round and asked where our church was, and that she and her husband and daughter wanted to come this Sunday."The Gentiles shall come to your light" This was random and out of the blue! Today (Sunday) they did visit. We haven't had visitors for ages. But not only that another young man visited and a lady. We haven't really advertised where we are, yet this young man found us, his mother who goes to the Samoan church told him about our church. We don't even know her. This man has just come to Nelson from Auckland - "our sons shall come from afar"! We are very excited at the power of declaring the promises of God over the life of our church and know that as a body "we are the branch of His planting!" (Isaiah 60:21)!

Building Together

Snippet of images from the Kaikohe and Nelson OSCAR Websites
Recently I  joined up with Allison and her girls from Kaikohe. We went to a conference, in Wellington, about After School Care which we are both doing. It was so awesome spending time with women from the other churches and I gleaned a lot from them. Allison has built a mini empire up there through OSCAR (out of school care and recreation) .
Levels of Blessing.
These are not works we are building outside of church but an extension of church. In NZ we can tap into a lot of funding which benefits the church - providing employment, equipment and finances.
Conference was in Wellington
I am also seeing the generational blessing of building together as my own sons and daughters (natural and spiritual) are helping build this with me. And as Allison brought out, it is a place where discipleship can take place. I am finding as my daughters are building with me I am getting a very real indication of where they are at and can help them strengthen weak areas . And finally souls. Many of the children and parents that come in are broken and without the Lord. Because we are caring for their children there is a level of intimacy that gets built quite quickly. I am looking forward to a harvest amongst these families. God is so good!
Thanks Allison for all your help, look forward to seeing you and your beautiful ladies at conference. Tania. Nelson.
